Jeff Short

Jeff Short is the owner of SERVPRO of St. Paul CW

He has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Certification  (IICRC) in water, mold, and fire. He believes in honesty and hard work. His community involvements include the Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He likes to spend time with his family and enjoys youth sports coaching in baseball and football, loves fishing, and the outdoors. He is a big fan of the Chicago Cubs.

Abigail Thomsen

Abigail Thomsen is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of St. Paul Central West. Abby has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection (IICRC): Master Water Restorer, Master Smoke Restorer, and Journeyman Textile Restorer.

In her free time, Abby likes to spend time outside and playing softball.

Abigail has worked for SERVPRO® since 2018

She really enjoys being able to help people through a catastrophe and getting them back to their normal lives.

Bill Conlin

Bill serves as a Business Development Representative for SERVPRO Team Short, having joined the team in early 2024. With a solid background in the sales industry, he contributes a wealth of experience to our organization.

During his leisure time, he derives enjoyment from attending his children's hockey games, savoring moments with his family, and engaging in golfing pursuits.

Bill finds fulfillment in his role at SERVPRO, as it allows him to provide valuable assistance to the local community during times of crisis.

Lance Bortot

Lance is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of St. Paul CW.

Before joining SERVPRO, Lance was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, stationed in Anchorage, Alaska for eight years. Lance also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from St. Mary's University of Minnesota

Lance is excited to continue the success and professionalism of Team Short Franchises in Minnesota.

Levi Richey

Levi Richey is the Project Manager at SERVPRO of St. Paul Central West. Levi has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection (IICRC):  Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).

Levi likes watching soccer, traveling, listening to and creating music.

He really enjoys being able to help people back to their everyday lives and the fact that every day is different.

Keiarra Johnson

Keiarra is an integral part of our team at SERVPRO Team Short, serving as a Crew Chief. Her expertise and attention to detail have been invaluable in ensuring that our projects are completed with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

When Keiarra is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is a devoted mother to her son and loves nothing more than having fun with her loved ones. She is also a big fan of video games and music, which she finds to be a great way to unwind after a long day.

Keiarra is passionate about working at SERVPRO because she enjoys the dynamic nature of the job. Every day is different, and she loves the challenge of working on diverse projects that require her to apply her knowledge and skills in new and creative ways. Her dedication to her work and her positive attitude make her a valuable member of our team, and we are lucky to have her with us.

Kymel Dunbar

Kymel is a big part of the SERVPRO Team Short. He is a Senior Crew Chief, he joined our team in January 2023. He arrived with a strong eagerness to delve into the industry and expand his knowledge. Starting as a Production Technician Kymel quietly moved his way up.

Outside of work, Kymel loves watching his favorite TV shows, playing sports, and hanging out with his friends and family 

Kymel likes working at SERVPRO because of the family environment. He enjoys getting to meet new people and working on new projects every day.

Ted Yanish

Ted is a part of the SERVPRO Team Short as a Production Technician, having joined our team in March 2024. He arrived with a strong eagerness to delve into the industry and expand his knowledge.

When he's not at work, Ted finds enjoyment in listening to the latest country hits with his close friends. Furthermore, he's an avid outdoorsman, cherishing his time spent hunting and fishing.

Ted finds great fulfillment in his role at SERVPRO, as it presents him with new and exciting challenges every day, allowing him to make a positive difference in people's lives. He also deeply values the mentorship and learning opportunities provided by his experienced colleagues.

Olanzon Samuels

Olanzo is a valued member of the SERVPRO Team Short, where he serves as a Production Technician. He became part of our team in December 2023 and brings with him the dedication and discipline acquired through his service in the US military.

Outside of his professional commitments, Olanzo keeps himself busy by practicing mixed martial arts, hitting the gym, and indulging in his passion for reading and traveling. Additionally, he is an avid fan of soccer, basketball, and football, both as a spectator and player.

Olanzo finds great satisfaction in his work at SERVPRO as it constantly presents him with fresh challenges, allowing him to have a positive impact on the lives of others.

Damian Levine

Damian is an invaluable member of the SERVPRO Team Short, excelling in his role as a Team Lead. He brought 15 years of exemplary customer service and management skills to our team when he joined in mid-2024.

Beyond his professional commitments, Damian is an avid lover of the great outdoors and cherishes quality time with friends and family. Additionally, he takes pleasure in spoiling his nieces and nephews.

Damian derives immense satisfaction from his role at SERVPRO, where he consistently encounters new challenges, empowering him to create a positive impact on the lives of others.
