I had an ice dam break on the roof of my house and water leaked into my walls causing ALOT of water damage. Water also got underneath some of my flooring. I immediately called my homeowners insurance and they recommended SERVPRO for the demolition and removal of the damaged walls and floor. They did an excellent job!! I specifically worked with Levi and he communicated with me daily. His team and himself made a very difficult and stressful situation much less awful! I called SERVPRO and they were at my house within a couple of hours. My basement flooded and Samantha and Marco assessed the damages. They were very thorough and honest about the restoration that needed to be done. They did an excellent cleanup job and I was very impressed!
